This is a registered administrative and compliance address only. KIBOPC operates exclusively as an online build-to-order manufacturer and technical maintenance service provider; there is no physical retail storefront, service location open to the public or public showroom at this location.

Unscheduled physical visits, personal order drop-offs, collections or in-person service requests are strictly prohibited.

For any warranty claim, technical support issue, diagnostic request, maintenance service request or return inquiry, you must contact customer service first to obtain an authorised RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and designated courier shipping instructions.

Unauthorized shipments sent directly to this administrative address will be rejected, refused or returned to the sender.

Before sending hardware

For diagnostics, upgrades, maintenance service, warranty inspection or technical support, contact KIBOPC first so the selected service package, shipping method and requirements can be confirmed.

Customers must not ship hardware, computers, components, accessories or any other goods to the registered administrative address without prior written authorisation from KIBOPC.

Any authorised shipment must use the RMA number and courier instructions supplied by customer support.
