Before sending a device
For services, diagnostics, upgrades and repairs, contact KIBOPC first so the selected package, shipping method and requirements can be confirmed.
The customer pays the delivery cost to KIBOPC and is responsible for safe packaging. After the selected work is completed, KIBOPC returns the device to the provided address at KIBOPC cost, unless otherwise agreed.
Work begins after the device has been received, the service request has been accepted and any required payment has been received.
