Orders and payment

Are ready-built PCs always in stock?+

Not always. Some ready-built PCs may be available immediately, while others may require final preparation, testing, assembly or ordering of components after payment or an agreed deposit. If availability changes, KIBOPC will contact you before proceeding with a major change.

Do I need to pay before parts are ordered?+

Custom PCs, made-to-order systems, special-order components and some ready-built PCs may be processed on a prepayment basis. Components may be ordered from suppliers only after the customer confirms the order and payment or an agreed deposit has been received.

When does the build time start?+

Build or preparation time starts after the required components have been received by KIBOPC and the final specification has been confirmed. Supplier and courier delays can affect the estimated completion time.

What happens if a component is unavailable?+

KIBOPC will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable. You may be offered an equivalent or upgraded replacement, a revised completion estimate, a revised quotation before contract formation, or cancellation with a refund where applicable.

Custom PCs and compatibility

Can I request a custom PC?+

Yes. You can configure a PC on the website or contact KIBOPC for a quotation. For custom systems, you should review and approve the final specification before components are ordered or assembly begins.

Will I receive the exact component brands shown in the build?+

Some components may be selected by specification, performance class or category rather than exact brand. KIBOPC uses only well-known and reputable component brands. The final brand may vary depending on stock, but all selected parts will meet the required level of performance, reliability and compatibility. KIBOPC will contact you before any material change affecting performance, appearance, price, delivery time or warranty.

Can custom-built systems be returned?+

Consumer withdrawal rights may be limited for goods made to the customer specification or clearly personalised, including custom-built PCs. Faulty goods and statutory rights are not affected.

Service packages and shipping

How do service packages work?+

Choose a service package, contact KIBOPC if needed, then send or deliver the device after the service request and payment are confirmed. Work begins after KIBOPC receives the device and the required payment.

Who pays shipping for service devices?+

The customer pays the delivery cost to KIBOPC. After the selected service is completed, KIBOPC returns the serviced device to the customer address at KIBOPC cost within Ireland, unless otherwise agreed.

How should I pack my PC or device?+

Pack it securely and use tracked and insured shipping where possible. The customer is responsible for safe packaging and for loss or damage during shipment to KIBOPC unless caused by KIBOPC.

Warranty and support

Do you offer warranty support?+

Yes. Products are covered by applicable consumer rights and any manufacturer warranties. KIBOPC may also provide a workmanship warranty for assembly or service work where stated.

What if my order arrives damaged?+

Contact KIBOPC as soon as possible with the order details and photographs of the packaging and damage. Keep the packaging until the issue is reviewed.

How quickly do you reply?+

Most support enquiries are answered within 1–2 business days. Supplier checks, diagnostics or complex build questions may take longer.
