KIBOPC may use strictly necessary cookies or local/session storage to remember selected PC components in the configurator, keep your current PC build active while browsing, keep items in your cart, manage checkout or quote-request functionality, remember cookie-consent preferences, maintain website security and prevent fraud. These cookies do not require consent where they are strictly necessary to provide the website function or service requested by you. If you disable them, parts of the website may not work properly.

KIBOPC may use cookies, local storage or session storage to remember your selected PC components while you browse the website and configurator. This may include selected CPU, GPU, motherboard, RAM, SSD or storage, power supply, case, cooler, fans or RGB options, selected operating system or setup options, estimated price, compatibility choices and a saved build ID or temporary configuration ID. Where these technologies are used only to provide the configurator, cart, quote or checkout functionality requested by you, they are treated as strictly necessary.

KIBOPC uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and understand how visitors use the website. KIBOPC may also use first-party Kibo Assistant analytics to count Assistant openings, tool choices and exit stages and to store sanitised question wording, the corresponding Assistant answer, helpful or unhelpful feedback and the next Assistant action for improving answers and request logic. Common email addresses, phone numbers, links and order or ticket identifiers are removed before storage. Question and answer text is not sent to Google Analytics and Assistant analytics is scheduled for deletion after 90 days. A random session identifier may be held in session storage only for the current browser tab so related anonymous Assistant events can be counted; it is not used as a customer account or persistent visitor profile. Optional analytics is not strictly necessary and is enabled only after you consent. Google Analytics may use cookies such as _ga and _ga_* and may involve transfers outside the EEA subject to appropriate safeguards. You can reject optional analytics and still use the website, configurator, quote requests, checkout and Kibo Assistant.

KIBOPC may use marketing or advertising cookies only if they are enabled on the website and only where legally permitted. Marketing cookies are not strictly necessary and will only be used where required consent has been obtained.
