This page explains how KIBOPC handles ready-built PC availability, custom builds, component sourcing, service package delivery, returns and faulty goods.

Ready-built PCs

Some systems may be available immediately. Others may require component sourcing, final assembly, preparation or testing after payment or an agreed deposit.

Custom PCs

Custom systems are normally built after final specification approval and payment. Build time starts when required parts have been received by KIBOPC.

Service packages

Customers pay delivery to KIBOPC. After the selected service is completed, KIBOPC returns the device to the provided address at KIBOPC cost within Ireland unless otherwise agreed.

How fulfilment works

Customer places an order, requests a quote or buys a service package.

KIBOPC confirms payment, stock status, service requirements and any important lead-time information.

Components are prepared, ordered or assembled, or the customer ships the device to KIBOPC for service work.

KIBOPC completes build, testing, diagnostics, repair, upgrade or selected service package.

The finished system or serviced device is dispatched or returned to the customer address.

Returns and cancellation

Consumers may have rights under EU and Irish law to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. This right may not apply, or may be limited, for goods made to order, clearly personalised or built to the customer specification.

If you want to cancel an order, contact KIBOPC as soon as possible. Once components have been ordered, work has started or a system has been customised, cancellation options may be limited subject to applicable consumer law.

Faulty goods and delivery issues

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete or materially different from the order, contact KIBOPC as soon as possible with details and photographs where available.

If a product is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to remedies under applicable consumer law, including repair, replacement, price reduction or refund depending on the circumstances.
